These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the bm96 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

Any duplicate Account identified will be suspended immediately, and all associated balances and Bonus Funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, false identity documents during KYC, or a false address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable international gaming authority guidelines.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bm96 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you connect. bm96 makes no representation that its services are available or legally permissible in any particular country or region. Access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited does not confer any legal right or entitlement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bm96 Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. bm96 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

All bm96 account sessions are protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption. Sessions automatically expire after a period of inactivity as a security measure. You are responsible for logging out of shared or public devices after each session.
Deposits to a bm96 Account may be made via the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page, which include but are not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX bank transfer via major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. bm96 does not accept deposits via credit or debit cards unless expressly stated in the cashier. All deposits are denominated and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered to the same Account holder as the bm96 Account. bm96 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered Account holder, or anonymous payment instruments. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Once verified, standard e-wallet withdrawal processing targets 5–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times are targets only and not contractually guaranteed.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may be amended by bm96 at any time without prior notice. VIP Account holders may be subject to enhanced limits at bm96's discretion.
An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. bm96 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable international gaming authority guidelines. Players will be notified by email registered to their Account prior to any fee application.
All games available on the bm96 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the specific rules of that game as displayed. bm96's determination of game results is final and binding subject to any dispute resolution procedure outlined in these Terms.
bm96 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for applicable digital games. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments and are subject to real-time dealing procedures. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects the outcome of a game, bm96 reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked amounts to the Player's Balance. bm96 is not liable for game interruptions caused by the Player's own internet connection or device failure.

Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before conversion to withdrawable funds. bm96 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
bm96 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who attempt to exploit promotional offers through coordinated multi-accounting, matched betting across restricted games, or any other form of bonus abuse will have their accounts reviewed and may face suspension, bonus cancellation, and forfeiture of any balance derived from such activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bm96 Platform:
Violation of any prohibition under this section will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of applicable balances.
All content on the bm96 Platform — including but not limited to the bm96 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of bm96 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and recreational purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bm96. Unauthorised use of bm96 intellectual property will result in Account termination and may be subject to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bm96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or interruption of access.
bm96's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bm96 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that it will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Whilst bm96 takes reasonable technical precautions, it does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Platform.
bm96 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes identity documents submitted during KYC, transaction records, and session activity data.
bm96 may share your personal data with third-party service providers for the purpose of KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with international gaming authority requirements. bm96 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

bm96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is: (a) a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) chargebacks or disputed payment transactions; or (e) direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Upon Account termination for cause, bm96 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where termination is not caused by Player breach, real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method.
Players may close their bm96 Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not affect any outstanding bet or wager placed prior to the closure request.
bm96 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bm96 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on the Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, your remedy is to close your Account and withdraw your Balance prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date constitutes full acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which bm96 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and bm96 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact bm96 support to seek resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution process established under the applicable international gaming authority framework. bm96's determination of game results is final save for manifest error.
